Donlee Income Fund was established to hold the securities
of General Donlee Limited. The Fund successfully completed its
IPO (initial public offering) in May, 2002. The Fund’s

Donlee
Precision is the Company’s aerospace and power generation
operation. These products are distributed to a wide variety
of high quality customers and accounted for approximately 65%
of total revenues generated in 2001.
General
Gear is the Company’s industrial products operation.
These products are distributed to a wide range of customers
and accounted for approximately 35% of total revenues generated
in 2001.
