"AMENDED" - General Donlee Income Fund Announces "Amended" Tax Information for 2007 Cash Distributions

Toronto, Canada, Mar 3, 2008 - General Donlee Income Fund (the
"Fund") announced today the "amended" breakdown of taxable income and return
of capital relating to cash distributions paid during the period January 1,
2007 to December 31, 2007. Please see the table below for this "amended"
split.

General Donlee Income fund has made public, in prescribed form, information in
respect of the trust for the taxation year by posting that prescribed
"amended" form in a manner that is accessible to the general public on the
internet website of CDS Innovations Inc.
