General Donlee Income Fund Announces Filing of 2005 Annual Financial Statements, Management's Discussion and Analysis and Annual Information Form

Toronto, Canada, Mar 31, 2006 - General Donlee Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX:
GDI.UN) announced today that it has filed its Audited Consolidated Financial
Statements and Management's Discussion and Analysis for the year ended
December 31, 2005 with comparatives for 2004. The Fund also filed its 2005
Annual Information Form. These may be obtained on www.sedar.com or on the
Financial Reports page of the Fund's website at www.generaldonlee.com. The
Fund also filed its 2005 Annual Report.

    General Donlee Income Fund previously announced its results for the
fourth quarter and the year ended December 31, 2005 on March 15, 2006. An
electronic copy of these documents may be obtained at either SEDAR's or the
